The pressure moulded seamless sandwich structure of LAMI GRP door
panel is built to be water and gas proof. The panel will not swell, rot,
rust or
warp. As the structure has no organic materials, such as timber, it
will last for decades constant moisture and water.
Chemicals and Cleaning AgentsThe non-porous smooth surfaces of LAMI GRP doors make them extremely easy to clean. The surfaces can also withstand the strongest disinfectants and cleaning agents. For environments with high hygiene and durability requirements LAMI GRP door is an ideal choice. |
Surface Durability
Doors made from Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) are extremely durable.
They can withstand impacts and heavy use without denting or bending and
will resist splintering. The smooth gel coat surface colour is integral
so it will not peel or wear off.Light Weight and
Safe to Use
LAMI GRP doors are less than half the weight of conventional laminated
timber or steel doors. This lightweight nature makes LAMI doors safe and
easy to use - even with larger sizes.Excellent
Fire Performance
 LAMI GRP doorsets have been tested to BS 476: Part 22
and ISO 3008 to
cover the whole range of standard sizes. Tested fire doors include double
leaf doors and doors without latches and centre rebates. Fire rated doors up to
240 minutes are available. |
Easy Installation with Choice of
Frame Systems
 A
wide range of frame systems is available to suit differing wall constructions
and jamb conditions. All frames compliment the features and benefits of the door
in terms of hygiene, durability and aesthetics. Choices include our unique
aluminium wrap around frame (which eliminates the need for sealant and
architrave's), GRP frames and a range of stainless steel frames to suit most
wall thicknesses.

Co-ordinated Outlook
As well as the standard choice of colours, LAMI doors are available in most of the RAL or BS colour ranges. A complete range of accessories is available with the doors including flush vision panels, automation and flexible ironmongery options. All doors have the same visual characteristics providing a co-ordinated outlook for building design.
