LAMI GRP Doors, A Summary of General Inspections

The general condition of LAMI GRP doors should be inspected once a year. In heavy use it is recommended to make more regular inspections. A summary of general inspections as follows:

Single Action Doors

• general condition of hinges, locks and accessories including tightness of screws
• condition of vision panels
• closer´s function and fixing screws
• frame fitting screws
• frame seals, condition and fixing
• condition of protection plates
• mechanical threshold seals, function and adjustment

The single swing door hinges do not require lubrication.

Double Action Doors

• general condition of hinges and accessories including tightness of screws
• condition of vision panels
• condition of protection plates
• frame fitting screws
• frame seals, condition and fixing

The double swing door hinges do not require lubrication.

Sliding Doors

• functionality and fixing of the sliding gear, sliding track and stoppers
• condition of the sliding track cover including fixing screws
• functionality and fixing of the floor guide
• screw fixing of the accessories

The sliding gear does not require lubrication.
